Terms of service

Short version: the games are yours to play, we make no promises beyond doing our best, and a purchase is a purchase. These terms cover every game made by Tsumida AI:

• Capybara Onsen
• Panda Bento Jam

• Penguin Lagoon

The games

Each game is licensed to you for personal use on devices you own. The artwork, the animals, the music, the levels and the code stay ours. Please do not copy them out of the app or sell them on.

Purchases

Each game sells two things, each once: all the levels, and unlimited lives. Both are one-off, non-consumable purchases tied to your Apple Account or Google account, and both can be restored on any device signed in to that account through Restore purchases in Settings. A purchase in one game does not unlock another. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own rules, not by us.

Coins and lives

Coins and lives are game pieces, not money. They have no value outside the game, cannot be bought with money, cannot be transferred between games or accounts, and are lost if the app is deleted.

No warranty

The games are provided as they are. We cannot promise they will be free of faults, though we would very much like to hear about any you find, and we fix what we can.

Changes

We may update a game or these terms. The current terms are always the ones on this page, dated below.
